Return & Refund Policy – Rubeena Ameen

We want you to love your Rubeena Ameen piece. If it’s not perfect, here’s how we’ll make
it right.

At Rubeena Ameen, each piece is designed with elegance, care, and craftsmanship. We
want you to fall in love with your purchase. If, however, it isn’t quite right, we’ve made our
return process simple and transparent.

Returns
• Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging
with tags attached.
• Items on Final Sale or Non-Returnable (clearly mentioned on product pages) cannot be
returned.
• Sale/discounted items are not eligible unless defective or sent in error.
• Items showing any wear, alterations, or perfume will not be accepted.


Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll update you within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14
business days.
• Please note: shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case of a defect or
error.


Defective or Incorrect Orders
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with photos.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.


Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges.
• To change a size or style, kindly place a new order and process the original item as a
return (if eligible).

standards, ensuring your rights are fully protected.
