Return and Refund Policy – Rubeena Ameen

We want you to love your Rubeena Ameen piece. If it's not perfect, here's how we'll make it right.

At Rubeena Ameen, each piece is designed with elegance, care, and craftsmanship. We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If, however, it isn't quite right, we've made our return process simple and transparent.

Returns

  • Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page cannot be returned.
  • Discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective or sent in error.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or perfume/fragrance will not be accepted.
  • Custom and made-to-order pieces (including made-to-measure, bespoke, and personalized orders) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error, in which case Rubeena Ameen covers the cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll update you within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To change a size or style, please place a new order and return the original item separately (if eligible).
